VmSS Recruiters (VR), are responsible for finding, attracting, and selecting qualified people to fill job vacancies within your organization. Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the organization's size, industry, and recruitment needs. Ultimately, our efforts contribute
to build a skilled and motivated workforce that can drive the organization's success.
Ensure that recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulations. They may also play a role in promoting diversity and inclusion by actively seeking out candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Draft and post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms, and Ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
Review resumes and applications to filter out unqualified candidates based on specified criteria, and identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications, and forward their profiles to recruiters or hiring managers.
Search for potential candidates through online platforms, databases, and professional networks, and build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Contact candidates to schedule interviews or assessments, and send initial correspondence, including interview invitations and rejection letters.
Schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, and coordinate logistics, and ensure candidates receive all necessary information regarding interviews, including the interview schedule and location.
Contact provided references to verify candidate qualifications and check for any red flags.
Update candidate information and application status in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS), and keep records of all candidate communications and interactions.
Administer and score candidate assessments or tests as required for specific positions. and provide results to hiring managers or recruiters.
Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates, and assist with onboarding paperwork, such as background checks, drug screenings, and new hire orientation.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed of their status, handling candidate inquiries, and addressing questions or concerns.
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
